Surprised this hasn't been discussed yet....
Zenith is doing an A384 revival that looks true to the original. The most interesting part of the release for me is that there will be a ladder bracelet option.
For many of us an original GF ladder bracelet for A38xx models is unobtanium - BUT now it seems that the re-released ladder bracelet could be a suitable alternative?

Does anyone know if Zenith will sell the bracelet separately?

Yeah I know! The revival information was released several days ago but it seems no one cares about Zenith :/
Even official website does not have any information about the new piece except for instagram.
Its price point is pretty high which is $7,900. I would rather go for previous generation of 1969 38mm with discount price instead of paying premium though..

Very nice idea, difference with original should be crown, movement and case back. In my opinion also the font of “CHRONOGRAF AUTOMATIC” is a bit different.
The bracelet should be ispired by original GF but branded Zenith.

Now the real question is - will zenith sell the bracelet separately?

I think the issue is also that it looks very white-ish compared to the original... Just like the re-re a386 looks less appealing than the original.no sunburst on the sub dials, and too much lume on the hour markers.

Lastly, Zenith has been pretty much blowing it lately with their brand equity diluted by endorsing rappers and other celebrities which make Charles Vermot turn in his grave...

I’ m in love with vintage Zenith, particulary with end ‘60 first ‘70 years.
I think new Zenith watches are innovative and different from all the others new watches but they are very very very big, too much big for me, no weareble.
New defy 36/38 mm would be very nice, if El Primero defy 21 was 39/40 mm it would be fantastic, 44 mm is more an enemy than a watch

I agree with Preacher. Huge watches will go in and out of fashion but the 33-38mm cases are always elegant. The pinnacle for design in my mind was the 1950's-60's but Zenith hung on into the 70's when most other manufacturers were cutting quality to get their cost down to compete with the quartz invasion. I have a couple of early 70's Zeniths that I love.

Their website says the strap is 19/16 so I figure that bracelet will be 19mm as well (otherwise might be a tight fit) :)

Everyone has fallen asleep here. There A384 reissue is ridiculousy good. If I was after a modern Zenith this is what I’d be looking for. I was lucky enough to try one on in BaselWorld. Afaik the bracelet is still under construction, any photos of the A384 reissue with bracelet are with the a vintage GF bracelet.

hopefully they can get the bracelet figured out by then. "still under construction" is an odd description...

Dealers all over the world already (should) have one for sale ... I already check it in one of my spanish reference dealers

Now is for sale only with leather strap ... I love it, there is a hard work after it, trying to do a perfect replica, but honestly, I want to wait for the steel bracelet, and no one seems to have any information about it

From what I've heard the bracelet will be available as a separate purchase in 2020. Originally was meant to be ready for release at the same time as the A384 Revival hit the shops, guess they have had some teething issues.
