Can anyone confirm (or deny) whether or not the original crowns for these two models are the same? They look the same but not sure if the dimensions are actually identical and/or whether they can be interchanged (same thread count, etc.).

As a quick note the A277 crown is about 6.4mm in diameter and about 4.6mm thick.

IMO same size and shape but different pitch. I believe that the a277 is 120 and the a3630 is 90. so a good watchmaker can fit an a3630 crown on an a277. the opposite is more complicated
