Can’t speak to the authenticity of it, but I love the dial and hands on this one!

yea, that was what sucked me into the watch. I just love the unique hands on this one.

There are some bad fading on the edges of the dial. Just weird that it is on certain numerals only, namely,30, 7, 9 and 15. Feels like it was deliberately erased ?

Otherwise, the prints on the dial looks sharp enough. Case and movement looks ok.

My main concern is whether this watch was ever created? Or is it some franken watch with parts pieced together.

B&M and Hermes have a history but an unsigned movement?

It's quite possible, but you'll need to do your research. We know from old advertisements that Hermes collaborated with several different watch manufacturers during the 1940s and 50s such as Mido, UG and VC.

It does seem strange that the movement is unsigned with no serial number. Cool looking watch though.

It may be purely the camera angle ?

But the two lines of text do not look parallel to me, and the unsigned movement is worrying

And given the sub dial hands are quite patinated… the others look pristine ??

Yea. Could be installed with a donor movement instead ?

But we also see yema using unsigned movements.
