    Hi guys,
Im not a big collector of pocket watches, but this watch peaked my interest.
Its a part of a lot in a small local auction and this is the only picture I have.
Its described as a chronometer, but Im not sure thats correct.
It was given as a gift to a local watchmaker in germany in 1939.

Do any of you know the name of this configuration of subdials and hands?
Ive seen it on some high end pocket watches from the late 1700s, but this is obviously a later watch and with a completely different movement.
Also, does anyone have a clue who made this? It comes in a lot with a couple of Omegas from the 1930s.

Ahh.. Now I just feel stupid.. Ive been collecting watches for years and I cant recognize a regulator.
This "no brand" regulator just lost some of its appeal.. Its still a nice pocket watch though,
    Thanks anyway guys :)

I was today old when I learned what a regulator layout was.

also on a side note I learned David Cloverdale was in Deep Purple as well.

I keep looking at the watch and “shirt cardboard treated with some sort of tea stain and printed” is the impression.
