I found this on the interwebz, by antoine.de.macedo on Instagram.

Rare jewel count and finishing. Reminds me of the jewel count I found in the UG book, but never found in IRL. Do you guys know of any other UG examples like this?

I saw that months back and inquired. He wanted big $$$ and I was questioning the finish also. He says that it was custom made in 1948 for one. No reference just a low serial inside the case back, low 6 digits as I recall.

Lovely looking movement, but I’ve got my doubts about the dial: the running seconds looks off centre, the hour recorder over-inked, and that looks like an unfaded smiley face moon phase, which always makes me wonder

The dial seems allright to me (I've got exactly the same on a t-c) and the crisp moonphase is a +, I don't see why it should be a downside... Recently, I bought about 7 original nos 'smiling' unfaded moonphase discs... Anyway, if anyone knows the price asked, that would be an interesting info.

Wow ! I've just checked the adm website, the guy is on another planet, asking for classic ug's exactly 10X the price that you can find on ebay ! ::screwloose::
Btw, for those interested, all my UG collection is going to be for sale online very soon.

I shudder to imagine the temptations therein. Please post the link.
