Hi, i am interested in this watch, but not sure on the cal. (630) being in this model. Also, is this the smaller 'ladies' version. Is it much smaller, anyone have experience with the smaller vs normal size? thanks Alex
The dealer's listing includes the exact size right? "31mm/ 33.8 with crown stainless steel case" http://www.distinctivepurveyor.com/...rs-gents-vintage-watch-c1968-with-box-papers/ 31mm is quite small. I believe the equivalent mens/full size version of this 120 is 38mm w/o crown so this is roughly 20% smaller.
yes that's the listing. 7mm difference with the larger gents version. i don't have both to compare so was just wondering, but you make it sound like it is quite small
Yeah, people forget that while it's only a 5mm increase in diameter, the area is actually 35% bigger. You see that.
That burgundy dial on the ladies' is gorgeous. Did the mens' come in that color also as far as you know?
Yes, apparently there were burgundy and green ones both in men's and women's versions. There were also green bezeled ones with black dials, and orange bezeled ones with black dials:
... and bluer than robin's eggs Not so long ago I thought that 120s were available in any color as long as it were black...
