The OB in Saint Louis, MO has new copies of A Journey Through Time in stock. These are from their original allocation that were never sold.

They are $400 each. Mine arrives Friday!

Call Maria Holm (store manager) at (314) 432-6400.

Tell her Dall sent you to her!

Ha! I would love a copy but it would probably cost another $400 to post it to Scotland...

I'm glad you were able to get one!

I've been looking for one for months. The last one I saw sell on eBay (which was used) sold for $650.

BTW, Maria said to spread the word as she still has copies left...

I'm guessing this thread will do just fine.;)

If you'd like to send Maria an e-mail and ask her how much it would cost for her to send it to you in Scotland, this is her e-mail address: [email protected]

You never know she might cut you a deal on the shipping. It never hurts to ask.

She is very nice and to me she seems motivated to sell them.

Thanks so much for the heads up!
Just talked to Maria and ordered my copy. She is very nice and helpful!
Maria even had something nice to say about the OP Dall!

    Thanks

The Omega boutique in Vancouver has these in stock as well, reasonably priced at $400 CAD.

That and another £400 that Royal Mail would take off you in 'processing fees', toward a Christmas Party for them and customs!

Amazing the book till in stock from original run, great find.

I just "thought" I got a good deal. Oh well, at least I'll finally have a copy. I've done worse.

They are shipping it UPS 2nd Day Air at no charge so that takes a bit of the sting out!

Compared to what we spend on actual watches the cost is not relevant .

I walked in to my Omega AD and asked him to order it. Came in 2 weeks. $400 CAD. I know any dealer can order it. Question is if they are willing to do it for little profit.

I may just try that, but then I'd be clobbered by the "import tax" sharks...

Any AD? So the one in Glasgow could presumably order it. That would save me on both post costs and tax....

I been told any AD can order it. My local AD had no clue what I was talking about but I told him to call his Omega rep and he did. 2 weeks later I had it.

The Omega rep that I spoke with at the boutique in Vancouver told me that they were getting a new version of AJTT. I’m fairly certain that he was mistaken but has anyone else heard about a 2nd edition?

My copy arrived via UPS Next Day Air on Friday!

Absolutely beautiful book. I'm so happy I pulled the trigger on this purchase. An early Christmas gift to myself!

Per The OB in Saint Louis, Omega has no plans for a new book or a revised AJTT.

If you're in the UK and want a copy, your best bet is an OB (if you have one near) who can order it is (it is out of print, it is also still available), or to contact Omega UK Customer services, who can order a copy and sort out getting it to you.

For those who aren’t near or don’t have access to an OB, I’ve just listed one for sale on the Bay. No reserve and bidding starts at $1. I’ve limited sales to Canada and USA given the shipping cost but am willing to discuss shipment to EU if there is an OF member who is interested in the book.
