Don't know if there's much love for military watches on here but I'll try a few on here and hopefully gain a few more members to my military watch group on Facebook. 1945 Longines Greenlander. 1951 IWC Mark xi 1953 Omega fat arrow A few friends together.
Don't have any real military watches but would like to add the odd example over time. Bought a Cortebert A. T. P. watch but gave it away. Thank you so much for posting these nice examples for us to admire.
To OP, fantastic watches! The Longines and the IWC are breath taking! I have a few myself A closeup of my avatar: A battle of GB Weems Omega: A Norwegian AF Heuer Luftforsvaret
At the time I bought it, I was after an Heuer Bund. Then this one came up, and I immediately realised that it was the one I wanted, and not the Bund variant
Wow, some great watches on display here. But this one is truly a winner: I love vintage military watches. For me, they are the ultimate toolwatches. Made according to demands and specifications which a MoD thought was necessary for the users. I like that. I only have a Vixa to add here. I love this watch...
Great watches guys! I now have several additional references to covet. The Auricoste @Ludi showed is really mine, he just hasn't sent it off to me yet. Three of my Type 20s, all French-issued.
