Borrowed photo from a sold watch. Damn what a nice look. I’d love to get a Credor in the box someday but there are just too many watches I like I will have to be content knowing they exist and are being enjoyed

On the front I thought yea, nice and elegant dial with some contrasting texture, not amazing but clean. The back and the finishing though is pretty damn impressive. That's a really nice watch, I'm guessing far from cheap given it's 18K but I can't fault the effort for sure.

I know it went for 15k. There were additional shots of the dial and crown from various angles that showed some additional details I’ll see if I can hunt them down

Stunning - you are right, this is the right word to describe it! The texture of the dial is amazing. Perfection in all minute details.

I think you are thinking of the micro artist stuff, like the Eichi.

This watch, while beautiful, is not from that part of seiko, it's from the Shizukuishi Watch Studio, which produces the mechanical Grand Seikos. As such, the watch is more industrially made, but of extremely high quality.

This particular watch was a limited edition from a retailer named Mitsukoshi - there's no known record of how many were made, but it's believed that it's only around 2 or 3.

Interesting …yes .. I had Eichi in mind. (They are surreally beautiful) ..Did not know that Credor came from multiple studios.

I don't know this specific model as it was a one-off a long time ago. Currently, Credor has the new Goldfeather watches out that use the same movement and are precious metal, I think they are at about ¥3.5m

BLING! I’d be careful here. Don't know enough about this brand history but was Credor ever co branded?

There is only one spring drive moonphase. I did not know that. Now I do, and you do as well.
