I've enjoyed broadening my horizons over the last year or two and one of the lines I keep coming back to is the late 60's early 70's Geneves. True, they don't have the higher end feel of the early Constellations (or the earlier Geneves for that matter), nor the innovation and following of the 60's tool watches. However, they are generally plentiful, they are usually cheap, they often have a great movement such as a 601 or 55x and they come in a wide range of dial designs. Here's my two favourite. A black 'technical' dial with red cross hair, and sunburst blue dial.
Both great looking watches, nice clean design. The nice thing about them is that they look versatile good for work and the weekend. What size are they?
Without the crown they come it at around 34mm. I've got a decent sized wrist, probably around 7.75", which is used to larger chronographs, but these wear fine IMO.
