    A 3 for effort, as at least they took the trouble to find a black felt tip pen and try to rectify the situation. :eek:

    A 0 for result, as the dial had originally started with quite a nice, even and pleasing patina and really didn´t need anything at all :thumbsdown:

    "Spot Test" gone horribly wrong.
    Reminds me of a lemon juice experiment I conducted on a Wittnauer dial. At least, that's what it used to say on the dial.
    It was really clean though...:(
