9315/380B bracelet Rolex or Tudor

After checking EBay it appears the 9315/380 bracelet in the Rolex brand is fairly valuable in new condition. Tudor also has the 9315/380 bracelet, I am assuming the only difference is the clasp with Rolex or Tudor emblem. Am I being too simplistic are is there a vast difference?
