    What are your concerns?

Did you check the movement vs the database to see if it’s correct for the model?

I think that's an aftermarket etc. The original one has a small serif on the top of the C.

    Hi @Schoober

We get a lot of hit and runs here. No introduction; no pleases; no thank yous; just, "what do you think of this watch?". Folks here have put a lot of time and effort into learning about watches in general and certain watches in particular. They start to get a bit pissed off at the expectation that that they should fill in all the details for someone who appears to have not even bothered with Google.

Omega themselves can tell you a lot about this watch. All you have to do is go to their vintage watch database and type in the reference number. Now, just to make life a little tougher, not all references are there and not all are listed as you've got in the caseback. However, searching for 162 0033 (or BA162 0033 where BA is the Omega code for gold cased) will get you a lot of what you need to know. The direct links don't usually work, but here it is anyway: https://www.omegawatches.com/watch-omega-geneve-omega-ba-162-0033

You'll see from the image that your watch is lacking the print that would be expected. You can judge for yourself whether it has been polished - look at the lugs; look for sharp facets; ignore scratches from use; look at the underside of each lug; compare them with each other. All the facets should mirror each other in an unpolished example. Even if you're not familiar with the case in question, you can see where something has been poorly refinished.

So, check all that out and let us know what you think then you can ask specific questions and get specific answers.
