Please see attached video and photos, it just seems so loose and will come apart when pulling from the 12'oclock side! Anything to do besides get a new one? Tried bending the piece next to the clasp itself to tighten it up but it does not solve the looseness from the 12'oclock side of the clasp. As seen in the video, pulling apart from both sides will also cause failure. This is my Mom's watch.
