The watch looks original - not sure about the wheel...

    In a Goodyear tyre?
It should at least be a Michelin, or even a Conti.

I think this clock has its origin in a car, truck or a bus. It is a 8 days Omega cal 59,8, re-coded to cal.110 in fifties... I have the same but in black dial version... very nice 2 barrel movement... i have like 5 of them in various types of watches. The whole composition is from my opinion not original, but it is nice, as it is thematic combo.

Sorry for Norwegian, I think you was Danish or Norwegian due to your name Knudsen.
I was asking for a value of the watch

Depends on if this combo is original or just interesting put-to-gether automobile memorabilia. I`ve never seen this kombo before.
To the price. I was able to buy mine very decent black version last year in Germany for about 300 euro. Examples like ship versions can be much more...

Here is the back of the watch. It looks like brass so maybe this is for marine use?

    It's actually an ultra-rare Omega hubcap. :D

Hi, the clock for Royal navy looks completely different, they just share the same movement. They were special WW2 order, reference known as Royal admiralty. Dial marked Story Barrow, larger in diameter compared to the automobile clock. See the pic.
Your caseback looks like those for the table clock, that were mounted to various holders, wooden, metal, onyx etc. plate.
So or your clock is a very smart homemade combo, or also can be some special order by the tire company. Would recommend to contact Omega with serial number of the movement/case, maybe they can help you.
