Any Seiko experts know if this is real? I know the crystal is in bad shape, but everything else looks decent. Any help would be great, thanks! I'm not an expert, but I know enough to say it's real.

Crystal should definitely be replaceable, and possibly even polywatch'd up with a dremel and a little patience. Pop that bezel off before you do and save a lot of time and potential damage.

I was at McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park in Scottsdale last weekend (an AMAZING place if you like trains) and saw a guy wearing one that looked pretty much exactly like this. I commented on it - he had no idea what model it was, or anything about it. He bought it when he was 19 years old and had been wearing it ever since. I told him it was fairly valuable, so don't just give it away at some point.

It's not a question of it being real. It's if the dial and hands are real. I think the dial is original and looks correct. Need to research the hands.
