60’ties Golden omega: To buy or not to buy

As always depends in the price, but unless very cheap think you can do better

What do you think about this 1960 Omega jumbo in gold. As you can see the lugs have been ‘soldered’ left above and right under. Seller is asking €3200. What would be a decent proposal for a jumbo in 18 carat gold in this state? And is it worth obtaining it? I’m a fan for bigger but vintage omegas. 34-35mm are just to small on my wrist.

I wouldn't be interested in such a heavily polished piece at any price.

If I´m not too wrong (but, of course I could be) and that hammer head hallmark is genuine, shouldn't it theoretically indicate a case made in Switzerland but outside of Geneva?:

Yes and Helvetia´s head should be hallmarked in some place (may be in the inner face of the back), but the hammer head indicates the cassist, and If i´m not too wrong, the hammer head is the logo for the Swiss made cases that was made in companies located out of Geneva.The number inside the hammer head belong to a case manufacturer, here is a list of them:

And although the number inside the hammer head in the OP's photos cannot be clearly seen by zooming in on the photo, I can not see well if the 1st number is a 1 or a 4, and if is a 4 the curious thing is that it seems to be a number greater than 400, so the case manufacturer would not appear on this list. Cheers !!
