Congrats to all the new Railmaster owners! It's definitely my favourite of the Trilogy tribute offering.

Beautiful watch. I don't seem to find anywhere what the lug to lug measurement is. So does anyone know? Cheers.

I got 44mm , eyeballed with my kids rule, the same as my 42mm Speedmaster Broad Arrow Chronometer.
Strange but true, the lugs are longer than they look.

Thanks! It is both my first Omega and my first time buying a brand new watch and my first 'impulse' watch buy. So far I am really happy with it. The clasp is rock solid (especially coming from that older rolex bracelet) i should take another photo, they did this high polish beveled edge, it is a nice touch.

What a great way to enter the fray of watches and Omega, been collecting for 31 years and this is only my 3rd new watch purchase . Enjoy the watch but beware the obsession that follows.

Every time I see shots of the RM I fall a little more in love with it. Awesome to see shots in natural light. Such a cool watch. It's crazy how much the dial color seems to change in different light and at extreme angles.

Really hoping once my speedy shows up I'm still happy with my decision.

How are you guys liking the bracelet for comfort?

Comfortable but I found it to be very heavy. The watch head is heavy in itself, and I know the bracelet is a re-creation but with modern material and larger clasp, IMHO overwhelms the watch.
Still looks great though.

The bug actual bit me a few years ago but I had resisted temptation of 'new from ad' and gone with used. Partially because because older models seem to fit me better (wrists more small than large), partially because I like the hunt, and partially because I know myself and I have an easier time enjoying things that already have their first couple scratches on them. In that vein I had really was aiming for my first Omega to be a 3570.40 but they are few and far between, not to mention the skyrocketing prices (I did manage to get my hands on a NOS dial and hands set though, which i'm saving as a plan B ) The experience of buying brand new was fun and I got a deal that I am very happy with, but not sure if it will happen again.

You have to tell about the "deal"! This is what makes fishing stories exciting!

So so good. I just picked up my 60th Speedmaster, but also checked out the SM and RM. I have to say... The RM is just perfect. I'm seriously considering picking one up as well. Almost too good to pass up.

High-Tec or old school, it’s definitely 48mm

Its lugs make the RMLE wear bigger than 38mm on the wrist. From lug to lug, it's longer than the AT 8500 38.5mm. Here you can see how the lug length affects the over-all look of the RMLE which on paper should look smaller than the AT.

I hope that thing is going to work on my skinny wrists!

I'm really loving this RM LE. How does the bracelet wear? Is it comfortable?

Hello Longbow
Could you tell me where could buy the 19mm nylon Nato strap for this LE Railmaster?
Thanks ~

Hi @James Lin,
That dark olive green NATO strap is actually 20mm wide, but thin enough for it not to matter too much. It came from:-

Goldene Zeiten Chronometrie & Juwelier
Gerhofstrasse 40
20354 Hamburg

Cheers
