Hi mates, I'd like you to share your knowledge about the 165.024 because I'm really dying for this watch.
If I'm right, the 165.024 is the 166.024.
Without date, there are differences on :

    Swords hands / Straight hands
Big triangle without 12 / Small triangle with 12

Can we find "big triangle / swords hands", "big triangle / straight hands", "small triangle / straight hands" and "small triangle / swords hands" or not ? Then how to figure out if everything's right or if swords hands have been replaced by straight hands? Also are there differents bezels ? Last question is about the bracelet, should it comes only with a 1506 bracelet?

Many thanks for your help fellows!

A Watchco is a Seamaster 300 assembled from NOS replacement parts around a 552 or 565 movement from another watch, typically a 60s Geneve. Many of these and the parts thereof were at one time sold by an Australian company called Watchco and the name has come to be used for any such NOS 300.

Isn't a forum a place to help ? When I bought a Rolex GMT Master, if I'd have only follow advices from websites as gmtmasterhistory.com I'd have went wrong so always better to ask a community than to trust only one OP...just my opinion..

Depends on what you are looking for. The case seems very polished from the pictures.

It's fine and positively encouraged to ask for help.

However, rather than a simple "I'm looking for a 300 and have found these six examples, are they correct?", it's much better to do your research so your questions are more along the line of "I've seen this 300. From what I know x and y are correct but I'm unsure of a, as I expected to see b, what does everyone think?".

As above thee are a huge number of threads that discuss thevintage 3oo. There's a thread just on the bezels (link posted above), there's a huge thread on bracelets for 60's sport watches (below). If you're looking at this model you really need to go down the rabbit hole with it to arm yourself with knowledge so you can be happy with what you're buying.
