I have a question regarding the 561: when I manually wind the watch after a while it's feeling more and more resistance. Does this signal it's almost fully wound? Is this normal for this movement? Thanks

 

yes that is normal. The resistance is from the tension building in the mainspring barrel. It should never get to the point where it doesn't turn any further, but resistance is normal.
