My impression is that the top one, with the elongated 1 and less than crisp numbering, seems like a counterfeit. Also, the metal work looks kind of crappy. Has anyone seen one like this before?

 

Hey all to follow up. I'm really not sure how to judge these. If you guys had a couple minutes, I really would love your opinions:
