Couldn't resist going for this one today. How did I do? Seller was very forthcoming and professional.
I had been looking for a cal. 342 in good condition, and this one came with a rail-track (i think it's called) chapter and a very decent waffle dial. :)

Any thoughts on straps to go with that color combination?

Cordovan looks great with those white waffle dials that have rose gold furniture.

Very nice choice  I'd say Natural or Whiskey at the most?

... for the day time! I like...

And a semi-matte burgundy croc leather for the evening?

Nice catch bro....... I love the markers and numbers. Very clean movement, too.
Dark brown lizard will be nice too --- dark brown color will contrast with the patina dial nicely, while lizard pattern is pretty similar with waffle pattern.

Indeed the minute 'rail track' makes this example, uncommon.

    Thank-you.

You mean steel markers? Because the case is in stainless steel.

 I jumped on it when I saw that exact combination. Don't recall seeing both specs on a watch before. Thanks

I guess it would be a 34.5 mm, but there was no reference to size on the listing. Will update you for sure once it arrives.

Thanks zercado. Yes, I'm a fellow "white" metal watch lover, I guess that would be awesome too, but do you think it would go well with the shade of the waffle dial?

Nice one, Hoi. Love the character of the dial and sub dial with the old style lumed hands!

Whats the strap & end link reference you have on that?

Oh no.. That's the cheap stuff Omega imitation from China, I guess. No number, no nothing stamped on it.
