Sorry if this has been covered before. They are very light compared to a similar sized jubilee. 3861 links hollow for a vintage feel?

I don’t know the answer, but I thought that too when I tried it on. The bracelet was very light compared to the one on my 321. It felt great for it.

Thanks for your input. I have a similar bracelet to your 321 but find the 3861 more comfortable due to how light it is.

When I got mine, I too thought it was deceptively light. However, when I asked the sales person, they said it’s solid. Please take that with a pinch of salt though because I only believe about half of what they say 😉

I'm surprised that so far, none of us know. IMO, they are too light to be solid but what do I know lol.

Maybe I’ll take a file to an extra link and find out for sure once and for all. 😕

Doubt they are hollow, that may be more expensive to make than a solid link.

I'm with all....from time to time I think they are hollow in some fashion....too light (or made with aluminum as an alloy) to be solid.....

I've just inspected the bracelet since it is off the watch. It is not that light, and feels solid. Maybe the way it bends and articulates while on the watch make them feel featherweight compared to the other bracelets considering this is tapered to 15mm.

A very solid conclusion to reach :0)

They are actually filled with helium. It must be true because I saw it on the internet. 😉
