38-39mm Omega Constellation??

I'm looking to purchase my first vintage Omega watch. I've been looking at these Constellations for a while now. I tried one on that was around 33-34mm and it was just way too small for me. I found this watch on the used market and the seller has advertised it at 38-39mm. While doing research I was unable to find this watch at that size. Some wisdom would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!

P.S I talked the seller to $450

Was the measuring done with or without crown?

Beside that I would not recommend to buy this one as you can see that the case is goldcapped and damaged.
Any repair attempt will be a financial desaster.

at 450.$ it's a bargain for a C-Shape .. but you have to accept the damaged finish of the case .. and you should have a look at the movement ..
good luck !

I’m not sure any watch with damage like this could be called a bargain unless it was a free gift. better to save a couple of hundred dollars more and get one in good condition.
