    Apologies to all of those who responded.. 353 was a typo. And to make matters worse it was the 354 and not the 352 I was think about regarding the regulator and finish on the ratchet wheel. :whipped::whipped::whipped:::book::

    Got the refund so I'm a happy. Seller says it is the same as it was from the factory and blamed the "experts" on the forums for the misinformation.
