Just received this 343 rg Omega chronometer in what looks like excellent plus condition...Dial looks original to me...case is solid gold...the movement is also in great clean shape....I am no expert on these-but I am wondering if the watch has its original case or not....The inside caseback has the semi round circular engravings typical of other similiar Omegas but the inside case back markings are confusing...anyone seen this before?? Thanks!

Those look like British 18K gold hallmarks.

That's probably an original case, but someone is going to have to find the date code and match it with the movement serial number charts for Omega.

    Very nice watch.

    Hope this helps,
