34 mm op wear?

Hi all.
I was thinking of picking up a 34mm OP blue or Black, AD didn’t have one to try on but should have one for me in around 6months.
? about how it wears in comparison to 36mm as I have a DateJust and I like the heft. I’m a big big fan of smaller watches and 36 is the largest I have ever owned despite the trend and having 7 1/2 inch wrists. There is something about the feel of Rolex oyster cases that feels substantial and was hoping a 34mm would carry that over a little.
Any help would be appreciated

My wrist is about an inch smaller than yours, but I LOVES me an OP 34mm. They wear bigger than the numbers imply, in my opinion, and also compared to several 34mm Omegas I own. I think it’s a pretty perfect size.

Vintage but I guess same thing. 34mm is perfect to my eyes. I have a 6.75" wrist.

I have been flirting with getting into the 34mm Rolexs and my Omega Constellation keeps egging me on. I also have been leaning to the gold OPs...no date. Prefer 18k but there are some wonderful ones in 14k.

I agree and having owned many 33 and 34mm watches I always feel they sit perfectly. Thanks

Every time I gaze in boutique windows, the display is full of big watches better suited to my upper arm than my wrist

It is only in the windows.
I agree.
People post pics all the time online with lugs overhanging on both sides and proclaiming along the lines of “ I’ve got a 7inch wrist so can’t wear a anything smaller than 38mm”. I feel like many have body dysmorphia when they view their wrists which is validated through social norms set by a few.

I find 34mm Rolex Oysters wear smaller than typical 34mm 60’s Omegas and the Rolex cases are generally thicker and the dials feel smaller.

Are you referring to the modern 34s?

No vintage, like the 6694. I’ve never tried on a modern 34mm OP
