Small watch with a clean original black dial and the earliest serial for a 30mm movement that I've seen - though I am sure the 30mm specialists like @Bill Sohne, @mac_omega, DeGeus, @Tire-comedon and others have probably seen (and own) earlier ones.

The orange and black almost looks like something you'd see in a modern contemporary watch like something NOMOS would make in 2016, that just looks so cool.

Wow, just wow. Great catch and outstanding condition, not only the dial but also the case looks unusually sharp. A watch with real signification in Omega history, and in such a condition is really something in a collection, in my view.

    Congratulations.

Buy a whole bunch of different Nomos watches, stick them in a coffee can, hide the coffee can in a wall, and somebody will find it half a century later and be all

Thanks Erich - that has been my observation as well. The first run 600 movements I have seen are mostly in 37.5mm cases with later serials and typically delivered to Eastern Europe. @Bill Sohne has one in a different case as well.

Thank you. The watch itself is special and the fact that it is a first run 30mm version with the earliest serial at least in my experience makes it a unique find.

@MSNWatch, you have amazing watches. Infatuated right now and definitely something to strive towards. I know it's futile but dibs also.

@Bill Sohne please do find it and post some pictures. I'm sure it's not only I who would love to see it (and drool over it)

I know nothing about these, but it looks fantastic - like everything else you show us from your Collection....
