I'm a little nervous posting as last time my watch was determined to be a fake. Today I made another impulse purchase and I am wondering what you experts think.

    Was told the following:
    Reference: MG15
    Movement: 33.3
    Era: 1940s

I removed the last 5 digits stamped on the movement and case back. Are these supposed to match?
Also, the case back seems a bit loose; it snaps on and doesn't fall off but freely spins. Is there supposed to be a rubber gasket?
Would appreciate any comments on the hands, dial, crown, movement, ....

    Dial is surely redone.

case and movement looks good to me. Dial, well, hard to tell with that pics. There looks to be pretty much patina, on the other hand the printing looks not that typical. You need to post better quality pics in good (and maybe different) light, to show the reflection and details of the dial.

There are condition issues to be sure - the case has a lot of corrosion which is the reason why the fit is loose. The dial looks suspect to me - there are some printing and font issues particularly the subdials and the subdial size looks too small to me compared to most of the omega 33.3s that I've seen.

One of the subdial hands is either broken or replaced.

It doesn't show in previous pictures but all the numbers are gilded and shine in certain lighting.

With the clearer photos it is clearly a redial.
