    Hi friends.
As requested by a friend of mine from OF, I went to the bank and took my 30t2 out for a few pictures.
This watch is powered by a 30t2 in 9.6 mil serial # and has a screw back.
Inside the case back there is no ref # stamped anywhere except 2169 was written by someone using a sharp knife.
On the outside of the case back there is a case number stamped along the edge that I am very sure it belongs to the watch.
The crown has no logo on it and looks like the famous 2179 military.
If you have one like this or any info about it, please share. I am very appreciated.
    Regards.
    Hoi.

Thank you. The dial and crown look the same but movements and case backs are different.

    Hello Hoi,

thank you for your efforts to show photos of your watch in question... unfortunately it seems that it is not a 2189 as we both had hoped (if the inner case "scratch" number is correct). I am still looking for photos of a 2189

Your watch is an "intermediate" example between the early ones which I will show below and the later one which is shown in the ebay link.
It is rather uncommon to find the case serial# outside on the rim of the back in small font - usually it is centred and larger (as on mine) or it is totally absent or inside the case back. Later there were ref## only as is present on the ebay example.

these are the early case backs as we know them from several references. Serial 10.0xx.xxx

Here are 3 of my very early 2169 from 1941 (movement serial in the 9.262.xxx range)
