For sale is my 30mm calibre 265 from 1951/2 movement number is 12747073-dates to 1950 I believe. The case is 14ct rose gold and is in excellent condition with sharp edges and brushing showing on the case sides. Size is 33mm excluding crown. The waffle dial shows no degradation and looks great (I think). It's a presentation watch, hence the good condition, and the back shows the Fleiss und Wille name and the coat of arms of Mautner Markhof. with the dates 6.11.1953 I'm not normally one for presentation inscriptions, but this is a very attractive coat of arms. Link here for those interested : https://www.dynastiemautnermarkhof.com/de/adolf-ignaz-ritter-mautner-von-markhof/ It came from Vienna and it has been serviced once in my ownership, at STS in October 2010. At that time I added the strap, the original had disintegrated. It comes in the original box with booklet. As the pictures show it looks unworn and apart from pictures has never been on my arm and I don't believe the original owner used it much if at all. I don't have much idea of the price but would like £1750 to me, buyer to pay any fees and post and packing. I would prefer a face to face deal, I'm between West Sussex and Dorset but will post anywhere. The pictures are with my iphone so not great but if there is interest and you really need more I'll try to get them.
Interior picture of case back and movement. The movement dates to 1950, the casemakers were KF-OF, Karl and Otto Faulhaber, casemakers of Vienna see halfway down the list https://www.mikrolisk.de/show.php?site=280&letter=K&searchWhere=trademark&searchMode=exact&id=5 The case is interesting with male lugs.
