路Hi guys,
Although this is a stunning piece that gets a lot of attention, I do find myself enjoying it less that I thought. So maybe it's time to find someone else who will enjoy it more. This has a grey/ brown dial, and not the more common black one.
Regarding condition, as you can see from the photos, it looks very good. There are minor wearing signs, but all are hardly noticeable in the flesh. The level of finishing is very good, as one would expect from a modern Zenith Chronomaster.
Besides the brown crocodile strap pictured below, it also comes with an original Zenith alligator strap with rubber inside, as well as with the Zenith deployant. The Zenith strap is worn and still has plenty of life in it.
From a mechanical perspective, it's keeping great time (+/- 6 seconds per day) and everything functions as it should. My watchmaker checked it last autumn and it had an amplitude of 260 degrees, so he advised not to service it. Service history is unknown.
Official specifications:
Ref. 03.0240.4021
Size: 40 mm (without the crown)/ 14.5mm thickness/ 20 mm lug Width
Movement: Zenith El Primero with power reserve complication at 6 o'clock and a partially skeletonised dial that shows the escapement (and small seconds) in a cutaway at 10 o'clock.
Sapphire glass with sapphire display back
If you would want higher resolution pics, just drop me a pm.
This is no longer in production and retailed at $8,100; my asking price is 3,500$ net to me (or the equivalent in Euros).
I have a couple positive reviews here as a seller, and I have been buying/ selling/ trading watches for several years now to fellow watch enthusiasts from all across the globe ( US, Canada, Australia, Netherlands, Croatia, Austria, UK, Turkey, Cyprus, Norway etc just to name a few) and everything went really well (including customs 馃槈 ). More than glad to provide extra references upon request.
