I have been wanting one of these for quite some time, and had a good opportunity from a trusted seller a few months ago.... After some budgeting, I finally pulled the trigger.

It is my most expensive watch, and I was quite cautious, or timid to transact. Not that I didn't trust the seller, but rather that I wanted to be reasonable for once on first selling to fund it... Letting go a couple more watches wouldn't hurt :D

All that preface to introduce my first Longines 30CH, reference 7412-6, caliber 530.

Not the perfect specimen:
- the obvious is the second hand not being correct. Yet not unpleasant to my eyes either. Hunting for a correct one.
- the pusher are quite worn out, hunting for better ones.
- Case is a bit soft but it is a old lady. It doesn't bother me much

But despite the "small" imperfections, it is a beauty to my eyes... And I guess that's the main thing.

I'm not a purist, or rather, my wallet can't afford to be one!

The movement (530) is a beauty to look at, the dial is almost clean. The size fits nicely my tiny wrist, and cherry on top, it's a Longines :)

Here is the new addition to my collection:

That dial is just lovely. The chrono hand is kinda fun. I’d not be in a hurry to replace it. Pushers/case look fine. Overall the watch looks great. Get it serviced though. I love that case style.

Bravo !
A very beautiful watch.
Enjoy !

Be careful : thresholds once crossed are no more thresholds ;) and the new ones are a little bit farther …

Congrats! its a real beauty.

I’ve been on a similar journey finding that I love these small chronos that suit my similarly diminutive wrist.

Thanks to @iamvr I’m currently very much enjoying a sojourn in Enicar land.

What a great choice for your 1st 30CH. Personally I would leave the pushers and case as is, there's a great vintage look to it.
Congratulations and as mentioned above wear it in good health.
