    A 2998 dial question for those who might know....

    Are all Radium dials "domed" or some stepped? I see some early 2998's with no "T" markings, with a step. The dial is definitely old, so not a new one.(which also have no "T")

    Can those who have a 2998 post a photo of the dial?

    The radium speedmaster dials - those used in the 2915, 2998 and the 105.002 had small variations beyond the domes vs. stepped. To answer your question directly, the domed version was used until the early 2998-3s while the stepped version was used after that. There are differences as well between the domed dials used in the 2915 vs. the ones used in the early 2998s.
