"Its original Omega steel reference 7912 bracelet, with expandable links, completes it."

I don't think so. Very nice though. That bezel looks familiar though I can't find it among my pictures.

I don't know that I've ever looked through a catalog like this one before. I want absolutely every watch that they are selling, well 99% of them anyway. If only I had more money

nice closeup. how did you get the pic? condition report?
how much of a difference is it to have the later (step) dial?

You can use the little slider bar at the top of the photo to zoom way it if you want. All I can say is wow, $50k, and it will probably sell as it's very clean. Wonder what this exact watch would have sold for 5 years ago? 10 years ago? Seems to be pretty much impossible for a new guy to get into these watches now.

Later dial but I thought it all checked out. But I do think I see superfluous paint on the hour subdial. Perhaps the condition report has more pics.

Yes, later dial with the round O and step, but subdial has sort indices.
@gemini4 has it, in the book also.

will be interesting to watch that one. I still have my full set of the only issued military speedmaster for the Peruvian Airforce ( NASA is military too....., but even normal pilots could get their speedy issued in Peru) together with the FAP issued Railmaster/labelled Flightmaster..... maybe something for the Phillips auction as well..... kind regards. achim

Yes, they do source some very nice watches. But I find it to be ridiculous that in a catalogue featuring mostly high four, and five figure watches, there is only a single photo for each, and no movement shots. Yes, they'll provide others on request, but that misses the point.

My feelings exactly and doesn't anybody else find some of the estimates a little on the optimistic side?

I personally like the large range, say $10-30k or $750k-$1.5m...they sure cover their bases.
