Select "Listing Practices" from the first drop down box, "Fraudulent Listing Activities" from the second, and "Seller is using other accounts to inflate item price" from the third box. Click "Continue" in the blue box and then click "Send Report" in the blue box that pops up below the item number. ps - it's not the worst I've seen. Most shills don't even have a single feedback.
