Hi All, I just purchased some real estate here in HK and need to liquidate some of the collection. Up for sale is a beautiful watch - a 2852 Omega Constellation with wg arrowheads. This is a watch you'll rarely see for sale and was one of my grails. Pros: beautiful and uncommon black dial without the fading sometimes seen on these. More uncommon lume hands and dial. Cons: needs a service, does not set the time properly. Has a small dent on the dial near the 2 oclock marker. Only visible in certain lightings but its there. I tried to highlight it in the photos below. Case has been polished and caseback can only make out 3 stars. I paid $3000 USD for this one and am trying to get as close as what I have into it back. I can only say from personal experience that snapback Connies/Seamasters are a real royal b*tch to open and then close again unless you have exactly the right tools. Very easy to damage not only the caseback but also compress the crystal down onto the hands if you don't know what you're doing. Best, T.
