25 jewels 431 with date at 4:30?

As the title explains, I'm looking at a nice watch but wonder if it's a franken. Has anyone seen a 25jewels 431 with date at 4:30 that's legit? In my experience they're always the 17 jewels that have the date at 4:30, if it's at 3 than it's the 25jewels. Please tell me, someone, that it's legit. I like the watch and it's at a fair price. Thanks for any input.
