Hi everyone--brand new member and novice Omega owner, not fully acquainted with parts retrieval, etc.

Simply, I'm looking for a replacement pusher for my titanium SMPc. I've seen people suggest one orders parts from Omega--I just don't know whether they have these kicking around with their whole 20 year part retention policy, or if they'd be willing to sell it to me. I'll check if they can, I do have the contact info for the service centre.

Would you recommend contacting the service centre to see if they have and will sell me one or should I go through alternate channels (i.e., third-party parts sellers)?

Located in Canada.

Thanks a bunch.

Omega do not sell parts to the great unwashed.

I suggest you either send the watch to an Omega service centre, or to an accredited Omega watchmaker who will be able to obtain the part from Omega.

Be aware that in either case, the part will not be provided on its own but will be replaced as part of a full or partial service.

This is part of the problem. I get conflicting accounts that they do sell parts and according to you they do not. I do not know which it is. I also don't want set Omega loose on this watch. Movement's been serviced but I know they'll replace everything dial-wise, probably down to the chapter ring. The trick is getting them to do what I want (just replace the pusher). It appears that's impossible.

I don't mean to sound rude--if I do it's because I'm a bit fed up ~6 months in.

The only parts Omega sells to the public are things like straps and bracelets. Any case parts or movement parts are only sold to watchmakers with parts accounts. Watchmakers who sell parts (that Omega won't sell) are risking their accounts, so most do not sell parts on to others.

The pusher part number is 086TI0090. You can use this number to search for one on the open market - someone might have one they are selling on eBay or something.

Hi Archer--it would be a mistake to search for the 086TI0075 part, in that case?

If your case number is 055TI1780504, then 086TI0075 is what you need.

If your case number is 055TI1780514, then 086TI0090 is what you need.

On the Omega service paperwork, it indicates the Case Number is 1780504--which I'm guessing omits the 055TI component. In other words, I have 055TI1780504, correct?
