Coming up in a local auction soon. Comments please.

Dial looks funny where baton markers are on top of numbers. Examples in AJTT have similar dials with shorter markers that don't cover the numbers. As a result looks messy and put together.

Information - Chronograph SS, ref. 2277-2, movement serial no. 19,5xx,xxx, circa 1962, silvered dial with baton markers, chronograph centre seconds and triple subsidiary dials with dauphine hands, cal. 321.

Of course the photo is not very good, but none the less the dial printing looks terrible, and certainly not original.

Redial. Very inconsistent hash marks, covered numbers... ::facepalm2::

Does the upper chronograph pusher stick further out than the bottom one?

Thought it looked funny, tks for the comments guys......

I guess the auction house don't care if it is a redial, likely they don't have the expertise to know.

    Buyer beware as usual.
