·Hi all, new to OF, and am in the process of acquiring a 2254.50 in pretty good condition (or so I think).
Was hoping to tap on the experience and collective knowledge of the good folks over here at OF, on whether this is a piece in great condition!
I personally don't think it's overpolished, and the sides look relatively sharp to me.
My other concern is that the Omega Boutique I went to, apparently told me that Omega no longer issues any "authenticity certificates" for these Neo-vintage pieces. So I'm wondering how else they'd be able to help me authenticate it, since if it's just eyeballing the watch, and comparing the serial numbers with the warranty cards, I can do that myself too.
