    Hello lovely people.

Am I missing a trick here... Is the ladies seamaster, 28mm, blue, code 2224.80.00, done only as a batteried watch?

Do they not do an automatic version?
...if they do, please could someone let me know the code because the battery version seems very costly!

    Cheers

After a bit of Googling, I can't find a automatic variant, so I doubt it exists. I could be wrong, Google says so. My guess is the timepiece at 28mm, is way to small to fit a automatic movement.

An automatic would be more expensive than Quartz, if one is available.

Yes, that would be my reckoning but at £1450 ish used, it's a costly quartz indeed. Auto preferred tbh.

They do offer an automatic with a co-axial movement in 36 mm version. Omega watch # 212.30.36.20.03.01. It is roughly twice as much as the Quartz version. Hope this helps!

Thanks, found the midsize version, it's the more petite 28mm version the wife wants, and I'd prefer it as an automatic.

Would 28mm be too small for an automatic movement?
