Hi all,

First post here, have owned a few Omegas in my time but only recently found these forums.

In the last few days I've purchased from a friend who is upgrading, a near new Speedmaster Coaxial Master Chronometer Moonphase (what a mouthful), ref. 304.33.44.52.03.001.

I love it, but it comes on the strap and I'd love it even more on the bracelet.

I've looked into sourcing a bracelet and know I can get one direct from an AD, but they're not cheap at all ($1100-1200 US new), and I'm happy with a good condition second hand one since it will get scratched quick enough anyway.

My question is:

Looking for 21mm bracelets for this watch yeilds a bunch of bracelets that look completely identical, yet have a range of part numbers, including :
- 020ST1958989
- 020STZ005142
- 020STZ005169
- 1958/989 (which I assume is just a different part number for the same item that's first in this list).

Does anyone know whether all these bracelets will fit my watch, and if so what the differences are?

I just got the exact same watch. And have been trying to figure this out too. The 1958 from the 9300 series doesn’t exactly fit. The lugs are the same width on the new model but slightly longer. I was able to make shorter pins work but don’t entirely trust them not to pop out. So far authenticwatches.com is the only site I’ve been able to fine the new steel bracelet with adjustable clasp. 975 plus tax if in CA. Happy hunting and congrats on the Moonphase!

 

OP, what have you learned on this and what direction did you take?

 

I did a little digging and information on the site of an online retailer suggests that the 020STZ005169 is the bracelet found on the black steel on steel watch (Ref 304.30.44.52.01.001). I can't comment on the differences between that bracelet and the others.
