Can anyone tell me if this buckle is gen. The logo looks too crisp and different to the buckle on the original Omega NATO strap. When I asked the seller for the partnumber he blocked me from making a purchase.

Not genuine. The listing actually says "for Omega."

 

and it's crooked.

Yup, there are a LOT of counterfeit Omega buckles mounted on generic Nato straps on Ebay right now. The Omega buckle has much better laser etching and is sculpted much sharper than the example shown.

 

So is this legal just by saying "For Omega" Seems illegal as hell to me.

 

In my opinion that was your first clue, fake.
