    I’ll be really surprised if Stroll lasts the whole race - his broken wrist might also hinder his racing ability ;)

    Glad to hear the petulant child has gotten a medical exemption and can wear his nose jewelry while racing.

    Yea still very hard to tell what’s what yet but if it continues along these lines it’ll make for a great year. I was sort of expecting Alpine to make a much better showing but they don’t really seam to be anywhere yet though.

    I just want some damn variety!
    I've had much more fun watching the midfield battles the last few years than remotely giving a shit as to who's up front lol.

    I mean ALO up front and STR in 6th with 2 broken wrists???

    It’ll be interesting to see if Stroll continues, the way he was releasing the wheel and balling up a fist in pain on the straights was rather unpleasant to watch and he’s sort of pushing the wheel with his left palm on hard right corners due to a lack of range of motion. He mentioned on radio the pain he was in too even though he’s probably taken meds for it.

    Yea he’s nowhere near as hopeless as those two but the risk of him having an accident caused by it, and the risk of setting his own injury back further seems too great really. If he does have a shut and the wheel snaps back while his weak wrists are on it he’s going to be in an even worse place.

    During FP2 he was clearly having problems in the corners. This is exactly what backup drivers are for.
