Should I be hearing any clicking when winding the crown. I do not hear anything as I wind up the watch?

Yes, it should click and you should be able to feel it too. Does it run?

Yes it is running and seems to be keeping time, I bought as new and its still under warranty. Also I thought I wound all the way but it only ran for about 20 hours before stopping. I read that I may not have wound long enough, I would about 90-100 times today and will see how long it lasts now. Now sure why I don't hear anything when winding.

Wind it like you hate it. 100 turns is about right for two days running. Not complete revolutions of course, just as far as you can twist.

100 turns? Seems excessive. Mine is good for about 50ish...not sure how much rotation that is though.
Might be close to a full rotation now that I think about it.
In any case, you should feel some resistance when you get to the "end".

I wind all 4 of mine every two days and its right at 100 "twists". Except for snoopy which takes a few more.

Don't make a science project out of it, just keep winding the watch until you physically can't turn it anymore, only then is it fully wound.

They are more like half turns to make it 100. I still am not sure why there is no clicking sound when I wind the crown.

Are you accustomed to automatics, there is only a rattling sound when winding the crown of the Speedy. An automatic has a clicking sound (that's when the automatic spring will slip in the barrel) when it is fully wound.

I definitely hear the click when winding, some are louder than others.

There is no sound at all when wound and got the end of the wind. I just got it two days ago, New old stock watch still under warranty.

First off, you didn't answer my question:
Are you accustomed to automatics

Second could you show a pic of the watch you're talking about?

If it's actually a manual wind, can you hear a ticking sound of the escapement and pallet fork, if not maybe you should get a hearing test at the hospital. Or your definition of a clicking sound is different to ours as a manual wind only has a rattling sound when winding until the hard stop.
