2020 Price update on Seamaster 300 rubber strap (Westfield)

Hi everyone,

First-time poster. Proud owner of a SMPc.

Thought I would update everyone with an up-to-date price on the following Seamaster strap:

945-120-12

This is the strap for the Seamaster 300m. I wanted it for my Seamaster Ceramic (the one with the glossy dial).

I was quoted £200 for the strap and another £40 for the buckle. 😲😲😲😲😲😲

A bit of a shock to the system to be honest -- posts from 2012 and 2015 priced it anywhere between £100 and £150 for the strap and buckle all in.

At £240, I think I'll just stick with my Isofrane.

Pretty typical price for any kind of strap for a modern Omega these days. It's even actually on the lower end. 240 is also about what you'd pay for a rubber b strap on a Rolex.

I understand. My shock came from the jump in prices I had seen.

If it means anything to you, the S&P 500 was at 1,379 in 2012. It's at 3229 today.

Inflation's a drag.
