2017 Cal 2500 SMP consistent Hang-up query

G’day all,
For the last year my 2017 SMP Diver 300 has consistently hung up on the date changes 03-04, 04-05, 05-06, 18-19, 19-20 and 20-21. I have not noted any hang ups at all outside those dates. It is noteworthy that the higher numeral hang ups (18-21) are directly opposite the lower hang ups on the date indicator wheel and may go some way to explain the possible cause of the problem. Is also notable that the watch does not lose any days in the date display as a result of the hang ups (it always displays the correct date after the hang up is corrected by the advancement of the date indicator driving wheel). I’d be interested to see if anyone else has experienced this particular situation and what the root cause was?

My SMPc is near to 8 year old, does not have this issue.

Look like you need to bring in for servicing.

In hindsight, I probably should have had the issue resolved whilst it was still in warranty, but apart from the date change issue the accuracy of the watch has been outstanding (it still is) and I was non-plussed by the idea of driving 500k to the closest AD for a relatively minor issue that could be addressed when the first service is due. Given the fault is consistent (no variability whatsoever) I was hopeful that someone else may have experienced/seen it and knows the possible reason. Looks like I could be out of luck.
