2009 Speedy Serial # ?

If I wanna get a 2009 speedy (don't ask), what serial range should I be in. I checked all the charts but none seem to go up that high.

By "2009" do you mean that's its purchase date, or manufacture date, or what? No one knows exactly what date Speedys are manufactured, but their birthdate can usually be guessed within a 2-3 year period. Probably your best bet for finding one that was manufactured in 2009 is to look for listings of modern Speedys with serial numbers in the 77xxxxx range with a sales receipt from late-2009 to early 2010. Even then, the "parts bin" hand built style of Omega will make it impossible to know with 100% if it was built in 2009.
