Hi, this Omega seamaster James Bond 007 is being sold to me for $1800 in mint condition but without box and papers. Does it seem like a good deal? Here is a picture. Thanks for any input. View attachment 120726
It appears to good to be true 2008 is quite recent and at that price if buy it now it is a bit to cheap.
Is it a shop or a private individual seller? If a shop in the UK that would go for £1800 from a reputable dealer.
It's a private dealer and I'm going to get it's authentity verified before i buy it even though he sells omegas and rolex and other watches. Just wanted to know if it's a good deal.
Dealer from a shop or a private individual? If a private individual sounds okish but still a bit cheap, sounds to good to be true to me. But from an individual private sale could be ok. But if it is from a shop sounds to cheap. Any service history? Should of had first one by now.
Buy the way making sure it is the real deal is not as simple as you think. Post much clearer and larger pics on the site here.
Wait a min just read other posts, he sells other watches, so not his own personal one. I smell a rat, this is too cheap. Look get other peoples opinions I am a beginner but $1800 in £££'s is 1200 for 2008 model sounds to cheap to me. If it is to good to be true it normally is. A guy at work mentioned his father in law gave him one of these today and I said straight away there are a lot of 007 fakes. You guessed, it his was a fake as well, this is definitely a case of buyer beware with this model.
